The toilets are separated into 3 parts, the Washroom as you walk in, and in the next part on the left is 2 cubicals seperated not next to each other. You can just see under the door, so dont stand to close to the door, both are light with a blue light. And on the right is 2 urinals that are away from the cubicals but alittle darkish there's not much light.
(well its not brightly light due to the blue lights in the cubicals).

The toilets next to the Chinese takeaway down a slight walk way in the Rowes Arcade food court. If entering from Edward street entrance its on the left an entering from Adelaide street walk through, and turn right at the escalators and its down the walk way.
