what's the best way to hook up with someone there? does anyone ever use the unisex bathroom?

LOTS of hot guys in the sauna tonight, but surprisingly crowded until closing time; too many guys there to allow for much play. If you're interested in meeting up, check out the sauna area after the pool closes. Sit sideways on the sauna benches and let the goods show. Once the lights go down there are plenty of corners to play in!!

I tried going in tonight around 9:30 to the sauna, but it was definitely way too crowded to do anything.

If anyone wants to meet up tomorrow, I will be at either the sauna or bathroom near the pool around 3:15-ish...if no one shows up (or if I have enought fun), I may be there at 10.

Just saw your other post. I used to cruise here a lot but stopped in favor of other gyms. Like i said before action here isn't really very frequent both for privacy reasons and because of the indiscreet regulars.

If you really want to hook up here sit sideways (back against the wall) on the bottom bench by one of the heating elements. Usually if a guys interested he'll sit opposite and you can j/o fairly privately.

If you're just looking to meet guys, hookup elsewhere, get numbers, etc than the rec center is great and full of a lot of closeted students. Just don't expect most of them to actually want to do anything there because as you noticed, the environment isn't ideal for cruising.

Your best bet for hooking up is after the pool closes. There is usually a two hour period between then and when the rec center that has a lot of cruising going on with only a few others using the shower.

The places are:

1. Dry sauna, it's hot and there is little privacy but late at night you can get a good j/o session going on if you're careful.

2. Shower's by the dry sauna have dividers and are generally blocked off from sight, guys sometimes go back there and have some fun but it's risky and fairly obvious.

3. Down by the pool is a bathroom that guys sometimes use but again it's risky and obvious what you're doing.

The rec center isn't that great for hooking up, but you can always meet a guy in the sauna and take it elsewhere.

OK- where in the rec center is cruisy? There is no steamroom, but only a dry sauna. Dry sauna is friggin' HOT and has no privacy. When & where can anyone hook-up here??

So, back to my earlier question: When & where is best?

There is a whole range of guys that regularly cruise there that don't bother me at all. They are friendly and discreet whether you hook up with them or not. There are in particular two nice older guys who I've had many conversations with in the sauna.

What bothers me are the indiscreet, mean, and stalkerish guys who are ruining it for everyone. For example, CU recently removed the partitions blocking urinals by the showers because guys would, in the middle of a busy part of the day, jack off with each other as straight guys walked by commenting on it.

Yeah it is their 'right' but they really are hurting the cruising environment.

Anyone still catching any action here? If so, when & where is best?

CUrec you are damn rude, get over yourself, if you've noticed "regulars", then you have to be a regularyourself, and even if there are regulars, they have a right to be here, you don't own the place

The cruising here really isn't very good anymore. There are a few regulars who are ruining it for everyone. They spend hours in the locker room instead of working out (it shows guys), they don't take a hint when you're not interested, and they go in and out of the sauna excessively to the point that straight guys comment on what's going on.

Even if you do get lucky, one of the regulars will make a point to try and get in on the action. I don't fault them for trying once but they try over and over again, it's really pretty rude.

The worst offenders are a mid 30s guy with a German accent and and 20ish skinny guy with brown hair and a beard.

Ive seen that guy too and yeah, he prob will ruin it for the discrete, jock type guys. If you are not out, it makes it tuff to meet similar guys .....

Can be a great place to go work out, see some cute boys, and j/o. Probably best time is after the pool closes.

But I do have to say the tall skinny guy is a total pain. He just doesn't get it when you're not interested and follows you around. He's also quite obvious - might ruin it for us all.

Wow, must say that this is one hot place.
However, the tall skinny black guy that looks like he has aids was soooo obviously cruising it completely ruined it . Also, another black guy with a pony tail, both kept walking around , and around and around. Too bad, great potential here.
