Hours:Park is generally open from 7am-11pm but alot of traffic after hours.The Walnut Street bridge is open 24 hours.

Cruisiest Spots: The bridge and the walkway nearest the river.
Nudity / Policy:Yes / Alot of young guys will walk the walkway nearest the river and pee or just walk with their out.

Warnings:There are 3 park rangers at night but they stay in the club house most of the time.
Warnings: The bathroom is not a good spot to cruise it's watched by the rangers. It's best to go at night as to avoid families.
