Is This Your Business?

Abney Park Cemetery is an Old Victorian grave yard which over the last 166 years has been left to overgrow with trees creepers and all manor of plants. It is now run by a heritage trust as a nature reserve which tries to manage the overgrow but with limited success. This cemetery in Stoke Newington is a 32-acre 18th Century parkland that in 1840 became a non-denominational cemetery that was part of the Magnificent Seven; a chain of cemeteries around London that would help ease the deplorable burial conditions in London's church graveyards.
Crowd: Because this cemetery is situated slap bang in the middle of a multi cultural and ethnically diverse community which is Hackney, you have a huge variety of guys to choose from, from city workers to builders to rasta's all varying in age groups and builds, Basically something for everyone in my opinion.

  • Hours:12 Noon 'til 6pm. Sat / Sun afternoons best,
weekdays good too.Day time is best after dark hit or miss.

Gates close at 9pm most times but if u got locked go to left of Hight st gate to climb wall and get out.
Best times: I've found over the years that anytime from when the cemetery opens at 9 am to 6 pm is good,as i have had many a good shag at odd times of the day from early to late, and as most of you should know by now cruising is a hit or miss affair regardless of what time or day of the week it is, but yes! there maybe more guys on a weekend than on a weekday perhaps.
Dates open: 12 Noon 'til 6pm
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:It is usually quite busy so it won't take long to cop off with someone. there are a group of regular guys that always seem to be there most are harmless but there is one or two who might give you the eye and are quite persistant a friendly 'no i'm not interested' will usually do the trick. If you stick to the inner pathways there are plenty of overgroth to get lost in with a guy. But be WARNED straight people use the cemetery with their kids and families too, dog walkers and some joggers also. so discretion is the watch word here.
Cruisiest Spots: Inner circular path and bushes.Warning straight ppl w kids in here from time to time so be discreet lots of secluded bushes in park use em.
  • Nudity / Policy:While the cemetery is a very good venue for some raunchy in the undergrowth be warned there are a small number of mosquitos around and you could end up with a few bites on your bum or else where for those of you who want to take everything off..!?
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Over the years the cemetery has been used by muggers and drug users. this very rarely happens here now due to the trusts good work in stopping this. Police do patrol the cemetery from time to time especially if they get reports of guys exposing themselves to people who are not there for the same reason we are or any other anti social behaviour, so it makes sense to be discreet guys if you know what i mean!? there are peeping toms ready to watch or try to join in those coping off, but you can shuu them away easy enough.
