This is just a working man's loading dock. The men work very hard and probably haven't had with a woman in months (years?). Maybe a little difficult to get them into some action other than something quick in the john. Not presentable enough to take back to the hotel.

Near Dubai. Start from the Chamber of Commerce Bldg. and walk up the dock in the direction of downtown. Have a peek in all of the public toliets you come to or just sit by "the dock of the bay" Full of Arab dockworkers from all ages and sizes and contact is easy.
