It is a 24 hour gym. 2 levels with weights upstairs and cardio on the bottom. There is a pool that is visual to both levels. The mens locker room is open and you can find a couple of men walking naked. Not many as this is a family gym. There ar a couple of showers however, they are very accessible and visually open to the locker room. Not much in little nooks to hide.
Neighbourhood: South Point
Right behind Chili's. Across the street from Walmart. From 95. Take rt. 1 west and left onto southpoint pkwy. Gym will be on the right hand side.

- Hours:24 hours. Mostly old ladies and some military guys in early morning. Noon and evenings are the best to catch shows/other eyes lingering.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Unfortunately the sauna has a sign that says bathing suits must be worn. Be careful, this is family oriented. Every once in a while you will find someone looking around or trying to catch a peek in a mirror. If you walk in, turn left through sinks and head toward the showers. There are lockers on that side that give some protection and more opportunity to smile/wink/grab. Seen some nice on that side and had a couple give a rub.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is standard as in any gym locker room.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / yes
- Warnings:Make sure you go to the far lockers to cruise. It gives you a little more protection and you can sit back and enjoy each others show. The best is to make contact and try to take it elsewhere. I've had some rub and tugs, but not more. Too risky.
