Between Joplin and Springfield, MO on I-44. East of Pierce City and West of Mt. Vernon.
Take Exit Hwy 97, Stotts City exit. North side of interstate.
Lots of parking area. Ideal for big rig parking.
  • Hours:Open 24 hours. As anywhere, hit or miss.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:$15 gets you into the Theatre Room. This room has 3 different rooms playing three different movies, usually two straight and one gay movie. Big leather chairs or couches. Definitely the most comfortable of all the bookstores in the area. Takes a key to get into the theatre (the $15)
  • Nudity / Policy:Maybe, in the theatre room section.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / not known
  • Warnings:Anyone paying $15 can get into the theatre room section, so you will have others walking in and out. BUT You CAN hear the first door being opened if you are wanting a warning should you be hot and heavy at 'something' and they have to use a key to get into your room as well so there is some recovery time...lol.

  • I'm getting tired of you creating duplicate listings for places so you can get free Fan Club membership or whatever you're getting out of it. This location is already listed elsewhere, as is the Mt Vernon location you've listed, and you knew it!!!

  • Can be a very hot place. Like anywhere, hit and miss. I was there one sat early evening and probalby 8 or 9 people in the theatre. Kinda expensive to get in the theatre ($15) but very comfortable seating and you can stay as long as you want. Hopefully they will begin changing the movies a little more often.

    Planning on being there christmas afternoon. Anyone else??
