Take JYP to Donegan, Turn into Dorado Apartments. Laundry Roomis in the dead Center Rear of the complex. There are 3 Laundry rooms, but this one has the action.
Cross street: John Young Parkway/Donegan Ave.
  • Crowd:Discovered action here by accident while visiting a friend. It goes on quite frequently. Latin guys, bears, all types.Lots of younger Disney kids who look to play without driving too far. Including straight guys who get curious and are more than willing to drop a load in a willing mouth.
  • Hours:LATE... Like after 1 AM. Later on weekends. The Laundry Room butts up against main swimming pool. Go in, turn off the lights, and when you get company, lock the door and get off.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just go in, turn off the lights, the windows are open, but it's impossible to see inside with the lights off. If you are on the other side of the Folding table/Island, you cannot be seen.
    Cruisiest Spots: Just go on the opposite side of the folding tables, and watch the traffic walking outside. It's pretty deserted at these hours and you can tell who's looking for more than fresh air. When you have company, you'll know. The door deadbolts.
  • Nudity / Policy:You can safely get pretty naked, but do be prepared to zip up.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:It's hot in there, but for a quick place to get off, it's cool, anonymous and really cool. Nice thing is, it's pretty quiet and fairly private in those late-nite hours.
    Warnings: Don't leave too big of a mess. Some jerk left a HUGE load on the folding table the other day. Don't call attention to the fun.

  • I've never had an problem with the area. I found the place and the action by accident. I stayed overnight at a friend's place and stumbled into the action. Since that first night, I've hooked up twice there with some pretty hot guys. I guess if you cruise in Kissimmee period, you run the risk of being shot. If you cruise in St. Cloud you run the risk of being shot, killed and THEN raped.

    Even though there's a minimum amount of safety there, you run the same risk walking to your car at the P House.

  • How many guns do we need to take with us??? !!!! That apartment complex is great if wanna get shot up, that's about it!
