Went to this area three times. Once on weekend afernoon and twice on weekday...morning and afternoon. Saw no cruising or interest in cruising going on. Personal feeling is that making a connection here would be extremely rare and require a great deal of time hanging around without results. Who know's...could be wrong but thats my experience.
