It is at Hwy 12 and I-5. You want to take Thornton road on the east side of I-5 and go under the Freeway. Follow the road to the right and to the dirt road for the reserve.

  • Crowd:Blue collar, business, local men of all ages and shapes.
  • Hours:Most of the day is pretty good. Lunch time and after 3. Sometimes before 9am is good as well.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Majority of cruisers stay in the middle of the 1/2 mile stretch of road and are cruising. Others who fish and walk are at the far end.
    Cruisiest Spots: Park and sit along the side along the bushes.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Don't be afraid to make the first move.
    Warnings: Common Sense mostly. Use it.

  • Stopped in on Sunday just before sunset. Saw one guy leaving in his vehicle. Seemed like he was cruising, but parked outside the gate and talked on his phone. Decided it was best to leave.

  • i been a bunch of times. never had a problem with 7am but i think cause it was a weekday needed to go on a weekend that earlie. if i didnt have this massive hang over i would have probably headed out there today. could use a nice dose of protien down my throat.

  • Shlob I think u went too early; i went around 6 once too and ended up hanging out by myself until one guy showed up arond 9ish. but the last few times i went around 10-11, it was pretty busy.

  • big bulge, man thats some thick brush deep into the right trail, I tried walking it once past the big pole located on the right side of the trail but it got so thick i gave up, maybe I should try again.

    eggguy, go to the end of the road, thats where most of the action takes place along the right trail.

  • Heading there now...

    Casey, take the trail that veers off along the right side of the slough; that will lead you into thicker bushes (you actually walk through a hedge) and there you will find spots to sunbathe nude. Guys hang out there for that reason and to get their asses plowed.

  • Went to check it out around dusk today, I'm a newbie and a bit nervous. I parked at the end and saw 2 trucks but nothing happening. Does everyone park in the middle of that dirt road? Might check it out tomorrow morning or afternoon.

  • Hey Jiminclovis, you can see the Lodi water treatment plant from the freeway, it's that same road that the slough is located, just take the hwy 12 exit, take the frontage road north towards stockton, past all the gas stations, take the fiirst right under the underpass and continue on the road until you come to the dead end, thats the white slough entrance.

  • did you just smile and rub your crotch or did you do anything else? all they are going to do is give a sign back and then someone has to make the first move, just walk up and talk to them, feel them out, if you just sit there or stand there you cant expect anything to happen. it's a public place be friendly, strike up a conversation, chances are they are there for the same reason but you wont know until you talk to them. oh and btw thanks, glad you like my pics I dont dress up like that when i go to the slough
