This is a great outdoor mall and a great place to cruise. Like any mall, it's busy but because it is outdoors and there are so many stores, one area isn't overrun so it's great for cruising. The department stores are the best places to start. Lots of dark alleys and wooded places to go at night.

- Hours:Anytime is a great time to go, its a good mall and because it is so big, no one store is ever overcrowded. Mornings and late night hours are best. 1-3 pm & 7-9 pm are best times.
