Nice quiet new park. Very clean with a nice men's room with locking and . Outside door also locks. Very isolated and private area not used very much.
Neighbourhood: Beachside
Take A1A (South Atlantic Avenue) south to 27th avenue. Turn west onto 27th avenue at the 7-11. Go 1 block to until 27th avenue dead ends into Saxon Drive. Turn left (south) onto Saxon Drive and go 4 blocks until you see Sandpiper Street on your right. Turn right (west) onto Sandpiper Street. Travel a block west and you will run right into the park entrance.
- Hours:Park is open during daylight hours only. Hit or miss all day long. Best luck in the evening after 4pm til dark.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Sit under pavillion area and hang out at tables.
- Nudity / Policy:No nudity. Public park so use common sense.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Brand new park so it is accessible to everyone.
- Warnings:Nice park, so don't trash it and ruin this spot. Has excellent potential unless someone does something stupid to draw attention.

Crusied through yesterday on my motorcycle. Looks like it has possibilities but no one was there. ight be one of those hit-miss places
