A younger college crowd often cruise the pavillion on bikes after 11 pm. Good place for late night activity.

is this ocean township or ocean county? they're very different of course, but i've never heard of ocean city!

Basically just look for foot prints in the sand by the fences and you will know if anyone is back there or not.
