From the Airport, go south on Tamiami Trail (US 41), make a left on 10th, and immediately a right. Go to the very end NW corner of the park, to the pier.
Cross street: Centennial Park, 1059 Tamiami Trail and 11th St.
  • Crowd:Older guys and rentboys.
  • Hours:After sundown
    Best times: 8:00 to 10:00 PM
    Dates open: 24/7
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:You will see 20ish-year-old really good looking guys walking along the parking lot closest to the pier. Those are rentboys (hustlers) waiting for customers. Unless you are into that, avoid them. They would offer to your , and then demand payment at the end. Just park next to someone you are interested in.
    Cruisiest Spots: The pier at the NW corner of the park.
  • Nudity / Policy:Best to keep clothes on. It's downtown; Coast Guard in front, high-rises in the back.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Hustlers; luring & cheap, but problematic. Some ask for just $5 (not that I've used their services ;))
    Warnings: Some nights the police are all over the place, so be very careful. I believe there have been some arrests. It's quite easy to see a car approach though.

  • just FYI, dont know if dealers, hustlers, or cruisers, but 6 (six) patrol cars at this site today. Be careful..

  • I think this area has become increasingly dangerous-some murders in the area many crackheads who are dangerous to say the least. Police patrol the area and hassle anyone in the area--they know the scoop. Stay away from this area at night especially

  • However yesterday, I did see one good looking man cruising in his truck and I left before I realized he was, my loss, perhaps theres an oppurtunity for this spot to turn around.

  • I go here every morning at about 6am for watching the sun rise, and on occasion a crackhead will appear thats about it, as for going there after dark its just about all crackheads, young men being taken advantage of. Its a shame.
