From Nashville, take I-24 South about 15 miles to the I-840 highway. Take the Smyrna exit onto 840. Go South on 840 until you come to Exit 65 "Speedway". Take the "Speedway" exit and turn South to Mona Road. Follow Mona Road to the end and the Park.
