This is a beautiful health centre, with incredible gym, swimming pools (outdoor & indoor), courts and spa. The luxurious sauna, steam room and stylish locker rooms is where to go if you're cruising. You don't need to be a member to get in but it is expensive.

It's conveniently located close to the main motorway routes running in and out of Southampton. Leave the M27 at Junction 3, joining the M271 and take the Lordshill exit. You'll find David Lloyd just off the second exit at Brownhill Way.

- Hours:Monday to Friday: 6:30am - 11:00pm
Saturday to Sunday / Bank Holidays: 7:00am - 10:00pm
Full of hot guys all the time to be honest but the quietest times are: very early, very late or midday. These times will generally give you more privacy. - Cruising Info/ Tips:This is not a gay gym; it is open to all the family so use some sense. The cruisiest spots are the showers and toilets in the locker room and also the sauna and steam room - where it's possible to do things more secretly.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is allowed obviously in the changing rooms and showers - but not anywhere else. is of course forbidden, which makes it all the more fun.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Really good disabled access.
- Warnings:As i said, this is not the place to go if you want to have blatant in the sauna as there may be children around (though there genereally aren't any). So use discretion. (I.e. Hook up in the toilets and showers, not in the middle of the pool!)

(You have to be logged in) Add CommentNoticed the other day, there is a spy hole between the 3rd and 4th showers from the back on the right hand side. Its not in the shower bit of the cubicle, and definatly not big enough to fit anything through, but could catch a glimpse.
