From Highway 45, turn north onto Meridian St. Go about a mile and Meridian St will turn into Coontail Rd. Look for Rye Rd just after the Corps of Engineers entrance. Follow signs for boat launch access.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Great spot to pick up fishermen and boaters. Plenty of local guys stop by too. Scenic site on Lake Aberdeen that is a good distance away from the picnic and family areas. Walk around, chat about the weather, head to the john and see if he follows you.

- Wheelchair Accessible:No / it is a flat area. good curb cuts.
- Warnings:If you are yankee (like me) be cool. You are not familiar with the subtle cruising ways of the southern cruiser. If you are a local guy you know just what to do.
