Very cruisy place -- starts in the early morning (on the way to work) and goes more or less non-stop throughout the day. But remember, it's in a very busy pedestrian walkway and a lot of the people are straight, so don't be too obvious. Cubicles are cut down doors, so don't get two in one, or you'll get caught! Police inspect occasionally.
