Al Ain Oasis
The oasis is open to tourists but, in theory, not to locals (although this is widely ignored). I was grabbed by a young Arab as soon as I entered, and told he wanted to show me "the waters". What he showed me was his huge uncut . Later I met a cute young Afghan. There are precious few places where you have complete cover, but your friend will know where to go.
