Business Park with various small to mid-size companies in about one square mile area. Two main roads, Industrial Blvd, which comes off of Gringo Rd (Rte 151), and Corporation Dr which leads off Industrial down a hill to a Cul-de-Sac. Each building has its own large but isolated parking lot. The Largest Company, ServiceLink, occupies most of the two most prominent buildings.

Hopewell (Rte 151) Exit off PA Rte 60, aka Beaver Valley Expwy (soon to be renamed I376). Head east on Rte 151, aka Gringo Rd, about 1/4 to the traffice light. Turn right onto Industrial Blvd. This is just 10 minutes north of Pittsburgh Intl Airport.

- Hours:Mon to Fri 8PM to Midnight, after most employees of the various companies have left work. The area is always open.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Slowly drive through "Park" and parking lots of the various companies. Look for cars parked far away from building entrances. Pull up near and roll down windows and see what happens. Various types of guys from late teen to middle age guys. Stressed out and overworked workers looking to relieve tension. FedEx Truck Drivers.
- Nudity / Policy:Don't recommend nudity or in the open. Keep in the car or take it somewhere else.

- Warnings:Hopewell Twp Police Patrol the area and even enforce the 15mph speedlimit. ServiceLink employees hang out in the lot after they get off of work. Some cuites to look at, at least.
