The restrooms are the most popular place, a lot of graffiti and whatnot. There are also a few trails going back into the woods.
Crowd: A lot of townies, 30 and up; the occasional Alma College guy. Some people from Mount Pleasant (like myself) head down there once in a while.

Get off 127 and right into Business 127. You'll go through the center of town and then take a left to the downtown district. Take the second right, then another right, and you'll see a small boat launch right before the sign for the Pine River Park. Take a right at the sign and park by the restrooms.
  • Crowd:A lot of townies, 30 and up; the occasional Alma College guy. Some people from Mount Pleasant (like myself) head down there once in a while.
  • Hours:You can drive into the park any time, but the restrooms close around 6pm.
    Best times: Afternoons and early evenings
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The usual. Look for parked running cars, or guys hanging around the restrooms. A few walk the trails.
    Cruisiest Spots: The restrooms, definitely. There's a ton of graffiti all over the walls and stalls.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:The cemetary is right next to the park, so the attendants can see the restrooms easily.
    Warnings: Watch out for the cemetary workers. I almost got caught once.
