Going over the college bridge from Northampton, bear right off Rt 9 onto BAY road. Follow the signs to Hampshire college. After you make a left and are getting close to the college you'll see a large grassy field with a wooded area in back on your right. There will be a few cars parked in front of it (all of whom are there for the same reason you are. There are signs threatening to tow, but I've never seen them tow a car here. Park your car, head up the path and HAVE FUN!

  • Hours:Afternoon/Early Evening, Hot, humid days.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Use your common sense of course. This is a nude beach near a party school. So not everyone is there for the same reason you are. The cops do show up on occasion, but not that often. Hampshire owns the land and has to give them permission to go on it. So this makes for an AWESOME SPOT!
    Cruisiest Spots: Cruisiest Spot is deffinatly the third pond, everyone else tends to stay at the bottom of the hill.

  • This place has been pretty dead for several years now. Hampshire does NOT own the land, it is Town owned and parking is by Hadley town permit only. Cops come in to the ponds when they see cars parked there with no town sticker. So don't be dumb, walk or bike in. And watch out for elderly dogwalkers and little ones
    from the day care center. Weekdays before 1pm in summer are nice, few str8 intruders.
