Lenin's Park
This is one of the central parks in Ashgabat, with a statue of Lenin in the centre and two fountains. Guys cruising either sit on the benches or walk around looking for guys who are sitting.

From Neutrality Arch in city centre, walk past the Turkmenistan Hotel and then turn right at the lights. Walk down the road with the hotel on your right, and after 100m cross the road into the park on the left. Go towards Lenin's statue and the public toilets in the centre of the park.
