Crowd: A lot of middle-aged gay guys, older gay guys, and a lot of Latin & Hispanic trade. Complex has a lot of gay tenants and a lot of Hispanic tenants so they are always there cruising the complex late nite as a rule, but there is a laundry room on far side of complex that stays unlocked and is always cruisy. There is also cruisy wooded area only yards from there so a lot of dudes will cruise at laundry room and follow each other back into woods, or into apartment if they reside there.

Warnings: None. Complex is very lax right now. It is not a gated community, nor is there assigned parking. You can park anywhere you like, get out and walk around. A lot of tenants keep late / unusual hours, so it is not rare to see people out and about in complex late at nite. I don't recommend window peeping as I wouldn't think that too safe or wise.
