Hours:For the steam room / sauna-- the later the better.
Cruising Info/ Tips:A bunch of guys exchange looks in the shower area but nothing except jacking off could go on there in order to avoid trouble. The steam room / sauna is a much better location.
Ideally, invite a guy with you to the steam room and find a nice corner and get busy. Alternatively, you could just sit there with your goods exposed and try to draw interest from other guys around just like any other cruising location.
Nudity / Policy:This is a gym so is not encouraged. People do get away with blowjobs, handjobs, light make out. I could imagine people have there but be careful, you don't want to get thrown out of the club.

Warnings:Don't be too aggressive, while there a number of young curious guys (UT is just down the road), most guys there are probably straight so don't come off to strong in your approach. Obviously avoid the peak times. Late nights are good.
