Neftciler Prospect is the main road that borders the park and runs parallel to the Caspian sea. Near the Abseron hotel and down past the Dom soviet is where i had the most fun. Taxi drivers ask you to get in taxis and very easy to meet straight guys. Just sit on the benches in the park at night or walk along the roads.
