Herring Run Park

Is This Your Business?

The entrance is at Argonneand Harford Rd. There's a driveway entrance and the
place is pretty much desserted. Near the end of the drive is an overpass which allows pedestrian traffic
to walk under and plenty of place to park your car. Through the short tunnel, very discreet and private with lots of places to . Lots of trees, paths and shrubbery. The approach of anyone could be seen or heard way ahead of time as there are so many places to hook up and only one entrance.

whos coming to Herring Run Park

  • Lake Montebello is NOT the same as Herring Run Park. Although they are practically side by side.
The only "cruise area" that I have found was a bunch of Bamboo like stalks that hid anyone wanting to play. Unfortunately, someone has chopped them down.

  • All I know is from that wooded area i can see down the hill to herring run stream so call it what you will. It appears to be a good meeting place.

  • I visited this park a few times this summer (2007). I only saw people coming to read their morning paper, go for walks, etc. There was no cruising going on.

    Any suggestions?
