I-95 to Baltimore City Boston Street Exit - pass Merrit Athletic Club on left - make left in the DPW Lot on left after Clinton and Highland Streets. Washroom is beside boat ramp and between lot and Korean War Memorial Park.

  • Went there yesterday.... doors locked. are you sure it is the washroom between parking lot and the walk to memorial?
