Accomodation in Ramblas-Liceu (Barcelona)

These are 2 double bedrooms in a well furnished apartment on La Rambla in front of Liceu Theatre. Metro Station Line 3 (Liceu) is just 3 m from the front door. Plaza Catalunya is 5 min walking distance from the appartment.
It´s a third floor apartment with elevator and with a balcony facing onto La Rambla. The apartment has just been redecorated and refurbished in a very cosmopolitan st||x||yle.
Room 1 is a double bedroom - 18 m² with bathroom in suite with a bathtub and shower for guest only use. It has been decorated in a japanese way. it has its own balcony overlooking over a side street which allows a lot of light into the room. The bedroom has a kingsize futon-tatami bed, nightstand and reading light, and guests can use the vestiare next to the room at their disposal.
Prices Room 1: 50 EUR/night one person. 70 EUR/night 2 persons.
Room 2 itself is a double room - 14 m². It is very quiet at night as the room is at the back of the apartment but it has its own balcony overlooking over a side street which allows a lot of light into the room. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower for guest only use outside the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, plasma 32" TV, clothes rail, nightstand and reading light.
Prices Room 2: 45 EUR/night one person. 65 EUR/night 2 persons.
The apartment is really well located, outside the front door you have the most famous street in Barcelona - La Rambla with all its different street entertainers and artists. The Gotic Cathedral is just a short walk away and the port is a ten minute stroll from the apartment. If you wish to go further afield there is a metro station about 100 metres from the apartment. Gay area is 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus. Beach is 15 minutes walk or 7 minutes bus.
Clients have the use of the kitchen for cooking and the living room at their disposal.
