Not very busy sunning area. Water is fair but I've seen lots of action. Not many go there and some days you may be the only one there.

114 to Barrington, to Rumstick Rd, to Nayatt Rd, to Risd. Park in left parking area until dusk, walk five minutes to beach, go right on beach to sea grass area. Some days, only 2 or 3 guys. Busy day may have 8 guys.
