This is a wooded area frequented most of the day, although it can be a bit sloshy when raining, it has good potential for other activities. The further you go the better you will like it.

Come off at Junction 18 on M4 and head towards Bath. You will see a Council Area where there is a weighbridge for stopping overloaded lorries. Next to this and sharing the same approach road is a car park with toilet and opposite this is a wooded area.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Look, and "in the fields ye shall reap".
    Cruisiest Spots: From car park, go across approach road and keep heading towards the Severn bridge, that can be seen once through the woods. All this area and further into the woods and the fields right in the distance are OK.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / I wouldn't recommend nudity in the woods but there is definate nudity across the fields which is where most of us go.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Police do frequent the place as there is a tea wagon during the day, and they come here off the motorway for their tea breaks. Have been known to search the woods for undesirables (you and me).
