The park is very cruisy during the night in parking lot as well as along river financial institution.
Who's Coming
M-13 (aka River Rd) runs from the south end of Bay City to Saginaw. From Broadway Ave in the south end, just keep going south, past James Clements Airport. Then there will be a boat launch on the west side of the road. There are 3 or 4 parking areas, but the one with the circle driveway is the cruisiest.
