LA fitness membership required, about 35pm cheaper for students. Nice quiet gym used to be Dragons Gym. Not busy like the main LA fitness on Manton Heights. Small gym upstairs, mixed steam room, sauna and pool near the changing room. Nice large communal shower. Mix of guys young and old.

Not a large parking lot set back from the road just before the traffic lights going towards town on Kimbolton Rd almost opposite the Park pub the cross roads of Park Ave and Pollhill Ave. Used to be Bedford squash club.

- Hours:Mon - Thur: 6:30am - 10:00pm
Fri: 6:30am - 8:00pm - Cruising Info/ Tips:Semi hard ons or full hard is a dead give away in the showers. Most straight guys will keep their backs to you but not all! There is playing in the sauna and steam room, you can either see someone coming or hear the door. There is a camera on the far end of the pool but can't see into the sauna.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity in the locker room only.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not for the disabled. To many stairs and no lift.
- Warnings:It is mixed out side of the locker rooms and there are a lot of straight guys go here. Having said that, no one seems to complain when guys have a hard on in the showers. Be discreet.
