Pub Car park good good for activities ... new owner is gay and has no problem with "walkers" and "dog walkers"

Pub is currently closed but is being re-opened by a Gay couple as a gay /straight venue .. ie no attitude. Huge carpark and plently of beutiful places to walk .. could develop into a great place with local suport
