  • Can tell you the maintenance workers no longer live on-site. Met the maintenance guy the other day and he said he goes home at 4:00 PM and there's no one on=site after that. He's off Thursdays & Fridays, so he said no one maintains the premises during those days.

    But noticed he is busy cleaning the property while there, so probably not a good idea to try and hook up until after he's off work.
