From Town, head towards King George's Hall, it's just to the right of it. (If you're facing the hall!) - Or from King William street, head up the side of KFC and it's on your left.

- Hours:Very quiet in the morning, but as the day gets on, the action hots up. Normally later the better, though unsure what time the library actually closes.
Best times: Lunch hours - 12 thru 2 are normally busier with suits and builder types, and then student types after 4. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Stand in the urinals - Easier to tell if someone comin in and if you use the farthest urinals, you get extra time to zip up!
Cruisiest Spots: There are two seats of washrooms, first floor up, and second florr up. The second floor is more open, therefore less busy. - Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is a disabled toilet, but not for cruising!
- Warnings:Number of oldies (urgh)! The staff don't SEEM to notice, but that is a SEEM! At the moment there seems to be some sort of war with the authorities and cruisers in the East Lancs area... Be very cautious!
