Springbok Park
Bloemfontein is said to be the dead city of South Africa, but from my experiences it certainly has a large number of very willing hot men, looking for fun! Springbok Park is a good place to pick up a man, as is the Middestad Mall washrooms (in town). Naval Hill is also pretty cruisey, but beware of muggers. Night life is not too wild, but Roxy's is a good spot, especially on a Friday night. Enjoy!
