chris, I have seen traffic there any time after 10am up till dark.
pretty much the same locals, but you know how it is. At 9pm boy they roll the sidewalks up and everything stops till morning. We need more tourists
we need to find a spot that works well a little later into the night.
even Nottley is deserted at dark

Seems to be slow this time of year have missed last two trips,maybe better in summer
