Gold's is a fairly new facility, and is booming with new hot bodies every day.
Crowd: Every kind of person is here at some time. Whether it's the body builder, older guy, or the bigger man trying to lose those pounds.

Facilities

From downtown go down front street until you go over the parkcenter bridge. Follow this all the way until you see Gold's Gym on the right hand side.
Cross street: Parkcenter
  • Crowd:Every kind of person is here at some time. Whether it's the body builder, older guy, or the bigger man trying to lose those pounds.
    Facilities: Pool, sauna, steamroom, private showers, cycling classes, yoga, and weightlifting.
  • Hours:Gold's is open 24 hours a day durring weekdays, and 8:00 A.M-10:00 P.M. on the weekends.
    Best times: After 5:00 P.M. is the best, because then you have the after work rush, and the locker room is full of all types of men.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Being nude helps, then everyone can see what you have to offer and don't be shy.
    Cruisiest Spots: Men's locker rooms. The showers and sauna/steam room always have people in them, and with a little chat you can go have a private shower.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Ramps are all throughout the gym making access to every place easily.
  • Warnings:Not everyone here is gay or bi-, you have to use your best judgements and play the field the best you can.
    Warnings: Try to be discreet, even though homoity isn't against the law, not everyone is openly accepting with it.
