Half way between Routes 50 and 450 in Bowie on Route 301 North. Turn right onto Whitemarsh Park Drive. The Gym is about 300 yards on the right after turning onto Whitemarsh.

  • Crowd:All types suits, blue collar, black and white and some Asian.
    Facilities: Great BJs are available in the sauna, steam room and locker room/bathroom stalls. No glory holes.
  • Hours:6AM - 11PM Monday-Friday
    8AM - 9PM Saturday-Sunday
    Best times: 6-7AM and after 7PM during the week.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Those interested in making contact will generally cruise the shower area next to the pool. Flirting is quite prevalent.
    Cruisiest Spots: The wet area,steam room, sauna and showers next to pool.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Ramp access to the right of the staircase entrance for those unable to climb steps.
  • Warnings:None.
    Warnings: A few PG County police have memberships at this Fitness Club. They are there to work out, not to observe and arrest. Just be aware of who is watching you as you make contacts.
