This is a gym where people of all ages come to exercise. Basically anything you can think of that has to do with fitness is all here! This is a public gym! Membership fees vary and you'd have to come by this place to pick up a brochure to see what type of membership you'd be interested in. They also have Guest fees you could consider choosing if you only want to come for the whole day!

Going I-95 North: Get off at Exit 26. At the traffic light, make a left on Wordin Ave and keep going straight until you've reached the end of the road. At the stop sign, make a right turn onto State St and go straight until you reached the 3rd traffic light. At the 3rd light, make a right turn onto Park Avenue. The YMCA entrance will be on your left. You'll have to make a U-Turn to get to the other side.
I-95 South: Get off at Exit 27 and stay on the left ramp until you get to the 1st traffic light. When the light turns green, keep going straight ahead and yield over to the right lane. You should come to a 2nd traffic light. When the light turns green, keep going straight and stay in the far right lane to avoid going on the highway ramp. You should reach a 3rd light. After the light turns green, keep going straight until you reach a 4th light at Park Ave. Make a right turn onto Park Ave and keep going straight until you see the YMCA entrance on your right side.

- Hours:The hours of operations are:
Mondays-Fridays from 5am-10pm
Saturdays-Sundays from 8:30am-4:30pm
The best times are usually in the morning time, early to mid afternoon and early evening hours! - Cruising Info/ Tips:The cruisest spots are in the Men's Locker Room mostly in the Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool and Shower room. Guys of all ages come here. Straight, gay, biual, married, single.
- Nudity / Policy:There is plenty of nudity in the Men's Locker room as well as the Shower room, Sauna, Steam Room and Whirlpool. When you've connected with the person of your interest, the best thing to do is take your partner and find a private place to go to. Public is not permitted in the building, but some guys choose to break the rules anyway.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / N/A
- Warnings:There are workers of the building who checks the Locker Room and Shower Room from time to time and this is a public place, so be very cautious! PLEASE don't mess this up for everyone who comes there to cruise also. Also note that not everyone in the Men's Locker Room are cruisers so again TAKE CAUTION!

(You have to be logged in) Add CommentI've been checking out this place off and on lately and I've been seeing some very interesting men here. It's sometimes hard to tell who is who though because the crowd that goes there are mixed with straight men as well as gay/bi men and most tend to act very discreet being that this is a public gym. I went by here yesterday and got to chat with a hot older-looking black male who was pretty muscular. He had a nice physique too. I'll have to get to know him more (smile)

When is the best time to go there? Mornings or evenings? I'm thinking about going in early tomorrow morning...

I go here quite often and would love to meet some older hung daddies and grandpas at this place.
