Drive or walk from the roundabout at the Palace Pier on the seafront a quarter mile up Madiera Drive towards the Marina. Concord is located under the raised walkway oposite a play area (take note!). Access is via a marked door on the marina side of the building.

    Best times: Throughout the day. 4-5 can be particularly busy.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Either cruise the four cubicles or stand and at the urinals.
    Cruisiest Spots: Throughout. Very open cruising.

  • Warnings:Look out for the occasional straight dad or chav! Also note that there is a play area opposite and it is posible that parents could occasionally bring their children in, so be aware. Don't litter!
