Is This Your Business?Just your average gym - everything is quite new, and the space is very clean. No super-freak musclies because they keep the weights done. The place is only starting to take off gym-wise, but its good quality. Changerooms and bathroom are neat, with large spaces under doors. Steamroom and sauna are unisex, but its mostly guys in there usually. Very underused unfortunately!
It's about halfway along Newmarket Road, in the ZoneFresh complex across from the Mitsub. Dealership.

- Hours:Usual gym hours = 530am to 9 most days. But its usually pretty busy in the afternoon around 5 - 630.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Best place for cruising is the change room/sauna/steamroom - remember that most people here are straight (but who knows?), so be subtle and don't invite aggression from the regulars.
- Nudity / Sexual Policy:Nudity is of course allowed in the changeroom, not sexual though. Steamroom and sauna, togs must be worn.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Possibly accessible - depends if you mobile enough to use a gym I guess!
- Warnings:Changerooms are quite open - staff use the bathrooms as well so be aware.
