The park is a place where mostly hot guys (20 - 40) and gals go to walk their dogs and meet new friends. The crowd has grown from just locals to a new breed of goodlooking gay guys and gals. Many live across from the park in the american can factory building or in the neighborhood. So, when you meet up, your a walk away from privacy. Most people I've seen and met have dogs and use the park to walk and run thier dogs. No better way to break the ice than to talk up dog stuff. Really a nice place with fun people. Caught up with a real itailian hunk two weeks ago & have been to his loft across from the park a few times, I may soon move in. The place is very gay friendly with a growing community. Something like the stories we hear about SOHO, before the masses. This is a factory area with many quiet and at night and early morning , empty streets.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Bring your dog & just be cool and friendly. I'm told a few high priced hustlers have moved into the area, but there are plenty of greatlooking guys looking to hook up with.
Cruisiest Spots: Greens across from the Church. - Nudity / Policy:Nothing happens in the park. Its a place to meet, then party elsewhere.

- Warnings:The park is safe and clean with cops cruising the area. You will see them as they wave by. I am told that the cops are very cool to whats going on. One openly gay cop thats on night patrol lives with his partner in the factory building. They are there to watch the drug traffic that happens at the projects across they way. One night I witnessed a huge bust.
Warnings: Stay away from the projects on columbia street.
