A quiet gym which requires no membership fees to enter. The cost is 3.50 per session or 10 for a week and with that you can use all the equipment including the changing rooms which are located behind the main desk. A medium sized changing room contains one cubicle and a double shower block with lockable door. These are cleaned every morning before opening and never checked by staff again. Very popular with gay cruisers of all ages.

This gym is located exactly opposite the Burton Albion Football Ground on Derby Road so is virtually unmissable. Take the exit from the roundabout which leads into the Ryknild Industrial Estate and the gym can be found at the back of the middle warehouse. There is signage around the industrial estate and also on Derby Road.

- Hours:The gym opens at 10am and closes at 9pm. Cruisers can be found throughout the day from opening till closing time.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:This place is easy to hook up. Either clock someone who is interested in the gym itself and head towards the changing rooms or sit and wait in the changing room until someone walks in. Nobody becomes suspicious of anyone waiting in the changing room as people often like to take breaks in there.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is not allowed in the gym itself but is permitted in the changing room. There is one large changing area so everybody changes together. Also, there are two shower cubicles where there are often guys having quite happily with the curtain open. It is a very relaxed and understanding atmosphere and you will be shown respect by all alike as long as you show respect to those who are not interested.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Completely flat and easily accessible to wheelchairs.
