Since its opening in May of 2004, AIR CONDITIONED has set itself apart from the crowded San Diego nightlife scene by staying true to what it really is: a neighborhood lounge. People from all parts of the county make the trek to the little nightspot on the border of North Park and Normal Heights to get away from the congestion and mayhem often found downtown or at the beach. AIR CONDITIONED is the premiere (seriously) dive dance lounge in San Diego. By virtue of our name, we try and stay cool. But as fate would have it, the spotty air conditioning and the multitudes of dancing bodies keep it quite hot in here. The DJs are without peer, the drinks are strong and the staff rocks.
