    day with people eating lunch and stuff. The bathrooms are far too busy
    during lunch. You can try it, or not. I have seen people get some success,
    then go off to the stairwell on the west side of the gardens to have sex.

    construction for new gardens will start this spring but washrooms will not be anything like they use to be. With the new mall there is a ton of security.
