- Cruising Info/ Tips:Best times are at lunch on weekdays, when businessmen and public servants are on their breaks. Good spot to meet up with previously arranged hook-ups as it's pretty quiet. One of the only public toilets in the Parliamentary Triangle. If there's someone in there, it's likely they are cruising, as there's not much else happening in that area.
