Thake Rt 6 east past exit 6. Rest stop is about a mile up on right.
Cross street: Between exits 6 & 7 east bound.

    Best times: Mid Afternooon & late night
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park in upper lot. Make eye contact with another. Either walk to wood (long trails) or go to rest room if opened and not busy ( plenty of notice for urinals with wall between urinals and door).
    Cruisiest Spots: Bathroom ( when open) and nearby woods.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Sometimes very busy with regular traffic during the day.

  • Just be careful here. Last year I was down one of the paths on my knees and the other guy spotted the wide brim of a statie walking down the path. I managed to get up and we both got dressed. He dragged us back out to our cars and we sat there for an hour while he ran our license and cars. After a few lectures he had nothing to hold us on so he let us go. Not fun at all. If they drive the back parking area and see a few empty cars they go looking. Also, in front of rest area is a speed trap that they frequently use. They watch from there too.

  • I was there late Thursday night and hooked up with an incredible bi guy. Luv to meet him again. Be careful since it's a popular spot to stop on the way to the outer Cape. I'll be there again this weekednd.
