Garrapata State Beach
Fifty feet more South is Garrapata Creek Bridge. Go down the stairs to the beach then turn rtght (North). Walk North from the stairs until you reach the creek (small waterfall). Find a spot in one of the coves, get naked, and wait. Both couples and single action often.
An incredibly beautiful beach, worth a visit. Walk south from the stairs.

Exactly 9.6 miles south of Rio Road in Carmel (16 miles N of Big Sur) you will find wooden stairs on West side of Hiway 1, right next to a bus stop.

Is this the stone beach? I tried to find this place, I may have gone at the wrong time. Tide was coming up and there wasn't much room to sit and enjoy the sun.
